Service Terms (Digital Services)
These terms apply to all services purchased through GrowWebHub.
1. Scope of Work
A written agreement (email or document) will confirm:
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Payment schedule
2. Communication
All communication will be via:
- Project management tools (if agreed)
3. Revisions
Standard service packages include up to 2 revisions, unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
Full or partial upfront payment may be required.
Work begins only after payment is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide:
- Content
- Access credentials
- Clear instructions
Delays in providing materials may delay timelines.
6. Termination
GrowWebHub may cancel service if:
- Client is unresponsive
- Scope drastically changes
- There is abusive or inappropriate behavior
Refunds depend on the percentage of work completed.
