Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Refunds are offered only if:

• The file is corrupted
• You received the wrong file
• You could not access the download link

We do not offer refunds for:

• Accidental purchases
• “Changed my mind”
• Downloading and requesting a refund afterward

Digital Services

Service refunds depend on project stage:

• 100% refund: Before work starts
• Partial refund: If work has started
• No refund: If the project is over 50% complete
